We’re currently seeking a Ventilation & Projects Engineer to join our Technical Services team. Reporting to the Senior Planning Engineer, this role plays a key part in ensuring safe and optimal underground mining operations across our sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver and review ventilation plans for development, production, and projects
• Manage underground ventilation systems and act as SME for modelling and simulation
• Lead underground projects including booster fan chambers, dewatering upgrades, and compressed air improvements
• Monitor primary and secondary ventilation systems and conduct audits
• Liaise with stakeholders to support integrated mine planning
• Mentor and coach personnel on ventilation and underground project systems
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering
• Experience managing major ventilation projects
• Proficiency with Ventsim and WA Mines Regulations
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

• First Aid Certificate
• Strategic innovation experience
